Made from strong, thick but light carbon steel, this wok offers excellent heat-conduction properties for better stir-frying. It has a Whitford Quantum 2 coating for non-stick cooking, creating a smooth surface with excellent food release. It's also easy to clean in the dishwasher or by hand.
The flat base that is ideal for hob cooking and the wok is suitable for all hobs including induction. The phenolic handle is heat resistant for safe cooking.
