We are happy to accept returns as long as the items are returned in a re-sellable condition. You can return your items to your nearest Lords at Home branch, along with proof of purchase. Alternatively, you can arrange for us to send a prepaid Royal Mail label by emailing email@example.com with your order number and details of the products you want to return.
Please note: that our minimum charge for this collection service is 15% of the order value, this could be more depending on your location and the product type.
